Bio
Keltoum Rowland is a senior lecturer in the School of Social Science and Global Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi. Keltoum has been at USM since August 2004 where she teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced French classes. Keltoum is the director of the Ch芒teau semester program in France and co-directs the Summer program in Paris. Keltoum is also the faculty adviser of l'Association Fran莽aise (French club) where she enjoys promoting the French language and culture at the university and in the community. She also serves as the Honorary Consul of France for Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
